At UNPAR, you’re not just an exchange student. You’re part of the community.

Semester-based is a program where students from UNPAR’s partners study at UNPAR for minimum one semester. Students from bilateral or multilateral cooperation under consortiums such as Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia (ACUCA); International Network of Universities (INU); Association of Southeast and East Asian Catholic College and Universities (ASEACCU) come and experience studying in UNPAR through application via their international office. Our International students comes through ACICIS (The Australian Consortium for ‘In-Country’ Indonesian Studies) and UNPAR Bilateral Partners.

How to Apply (It’s Easier Than You Think!)
Applying to UNPAR is simple and fully guided.
Step 1: Nomination
Get nominated by your Home University. The coordinator from your home university will fill the nomination form and send it via email to io@unpar.ac.id.
Step 2: Complete the Online Application
After being nominated by your home university, you will receive an email invitation to complete the online application.
Please fill out the online application form. After submission, you will receive an email containing copies of the required document forms and submission link. Download, print, complete all information, sign where required, scan each form separately according to the form title, and submit it through the link provided.
The required forms are as follows:
- Application Form (Form 1)
- Declaration Not to Work in Indonesia (Form 2)
- Declaration to Obey Indonesian Laws and Regulations (Form 3)
- Recommendation Letter (Form 4)
- Letter of Financial Guarantee (Form 5)
- Proof of Good Health (Form 6)*
- Study Plan (Form 7)
- Visa Application Statement Letter (Form 8)

Step 3: Submit All Required Documents Ready
Prepare all required documents (Form 1-8) ready in PDF format and and upload them through the document submission link provided in the application email.

- Scanned Passport (please follow the example)
- Formal ID Photo (please follow the example)
- Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL: 550 / IELTS: 6 / equivalent)
