Semester-based is a program where students from UNPAR’s partners study at UNPAR for minimum one semester. Students from bilateral or multilateral cooperation under consortiums such as Association of Christian Universities and Colleges in Asia (ACUCA); International Network of Universities (INU); Association of Southeast and East Asian Catholic College and Universities (ASEACCU) come and experience studying in UNPAR through application via their international office. Our International students comes through ACICIS (The Australian Consortium for ‘In-Country’ Indonesian Studies) and UNPAR Bilateral Partners.
How to be UNPAR’s Exchange Student?
Nomination
Home University will fill the nomination form and send it via email
to io@unpar.ac.id
Application Process
1) After being nominated by home university. Students will receive
email to fill the online application and document submission.
2) After filling out the online application, students will receive the
required documents form by email. Print the required
documents form, complete the information, sign by the
nominated student, and scan separately as in the list below:
i. Application Form (Form 1)
ii. Declaration Not to Work and to Obey Indonesian Law
(Form 2 and Form 3)
iii. Recommendation Letter (Form 4)
iv. Letter of Fund Guarantee (Form 5)
v. Proof of Good Health (Form 6)*
vi. Study Plan (Form 7)
vii. Visa Application Statement Letter (Form 8)
3) Prepare all required documents (i-vii) ready in PDF format and
upload on the form for document submission as stated in step 1.
a. Signed required documents forms (Form 1-8)
b. Academic transcript
c. Education Certificate
d. Vaccination Certificate (Booster)
e. Scanned Passport (please follow the example)
f. Formal ID Photo (please follow the example)
g. Proof of English Proficiency (TOEFL: 550 / IELTS: 6)
