On May 20, 2024, UNSW Sydney visited UNPAR. The delegation of UNSW Sydney has a preliminary discussion on future collaboration with the Business and Engineering Faculty. The delegation from the UNSW Sydney, including Dr. Hoang Phuong Phan as the Associate Dewan International (ADI) for ASEAN, UNSW Engineering, Blair Slater as the Business Development Manager for ASEAN and NA and Future Student Faculty Partner of UNSW Engineering, Associate Professor Sam Krishner as the Senior Lecturer at School of Information Systems and Technology Management for UNSW Business School, Ms. Tracey Love as the International Development Coordinator, UNSW Business School, Nur Fatmah Syarbini as the Country Director Indonesia of UNSW Sydney, Stefen Yungpriady as the Future Students Manager Indonesia, and lastly Yulita Eka Tjahjono as the Relationship and Conversion Manager Indonesia.
The delegation from UNPAR, which included the Vice Rector of the Academic and Student Division and the Vice Rector for Cooperation, Alumni, Innovation, and Business, extended a warm and respectful welcome to the guests from UNSW. The UNPAR delegation also included the Deans of Economy, Social and Political Sciences, and Industrial Technology, as well as the Heads of the Programs for Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
The UNSW visit at UNPAR ended with a guest lecture on the topic of “The Future of Engineering and Your Health,” given by Dr. Hoang Phuong Phan. The primary objective was to highlight how engineering, in its application, is integral in every aspect of life, including health, and how engineering plays an important role in the development of better healthcare.
