On Friday, 25 August 2023, UNPAR was honored to host the Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) Pre Departure Briefing 2023 for the Russia Region. Held online via Zoom Meetings, the event was opened with a speech from Ibu Ir. Catharina Badra Nawangpalupi, Ph.D. as the Vice Rector for Cooperation, Alumni, Innovation and Business of UNPAR, Bapak Dr. Beny Bandanadjaja, ST., M.T. as the Academic Director of Vocational Higher Education, and Ibu Dr. Sri Suning Kusumawardani, ST., M.T. as the Director of Learning and Student Affairs. The highlight of the event was the presentation from Bapak Adi Nuryanto, the Education and Culture Attache of the Indonesia Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Moscow, Russian Federation Accredited to The Republic of Belarus to explain the situation, conditions, and the things that should be prepared by the awardees who will go to Russia. Ibu Sylvia Yazid, Ph.D., as the University Secretary of UNPAR, moderated the presentation. The event ended with the closing remarks from Bapak Dr. Rachmat Sriwijaya as The Head of IISMA 2023, represented by Ibu Hilda Cahyani, Ph.D D., as the Senior Manager for Program Development and Partnerships. There are 21 Undergraduate and Vocational Program Awardees who attended the event, including Najmi Nararya Salim, S., one of the UNPAR students who became an IISMA Awardee to M.V Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russia.
