On Tuesday, 10 December 2024, five representatives from the Directorate General for Higher Education (Ditjen Dikti) conducted the 2024 monitoring and evaluation of the KNB program at UNPAR.  The purpose of this session is to monitor and evaluate the academic activities and performance of KNB students, as well as the use of program funding during the time period. The Kemitraan Negara Berkembang (KNB) Scholarship provides financial assistance from the Indonesian Government to international students from developing countries coming to pursue their bachelor, master, or doctorate degree at selected KNB host universities in Indonesia. Since 2007, UNPAR has been a host university to KNB students from more than twenty countries. UNPAR reported to Ditjen Dikti that there are currently 12 students studying at UNPAR through the KNB Scholarship program; 8 students from the 2023 batch are currently undertaking their studies, while the remaining 4 are new students from the 2024 batch that are still undergoing their BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing) classes. 2024 also welcomed the graduation of 7 KNB students from the 2021 batch.
