International Office Unpar
On Thursday, May 14, 2020, the Office for International Affairs and Cooperation (OIAC), Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR) conducted the second sharing session with the foreign students through Google Meeting. 16 international students joined the second sharing session.
The previous sharing session discussed the well-being and mental state of the foreign students. Meanwhile in this second sharing session, OIAC delivered the update of the Covid-19, academic calendar, student service, and many other topics. Moreover, the sharing session also aimed to gather foreign students and provide a platform for them to share and support each other during the pandemic.
OIAC invited other bureaus within UNPAR which are Bureau of Administration and Academic represented by Jeffri Yosep Simanjorang and Kurnia Utaminingsih, as well as BIPA (Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing), represented by Gilang Wicaksono.
The sharing session ended with an evaluation regarding the implementation of the online class by Theodorus Riswandi as the staff of the OIAC and Sylvia Yazid as the head of the OIAC.
Before the sharing session ended, Sylvia delivered a message, “You need not worry, you need not be afraid, but you must be cautious.”
