On Friday, June 7th,2024, the German Academic Exchange Service, or DAAD, held an info session at the Audio Visual Room in the UNPAR Campus called “To Study and Research in Germany and DAAD Funding Opportunities.” The Info Session was attended by the heads of study programs at UNPAR, with the main speaker being Dr. Guido Schnieders, the Director of DAAD Regional Office Jakarta. Other delegates from DAAD were Ms. La Budza, the Programme Officer for the Scholarships and Alumni Programme from DAAD, and Ms. Annisa Fitria, the Head of the Science and Technology Section of the German Embassy in Jakarta. This session explained opportunities for further study in Germany through the DAAD program—programs offering master’s and doctoral degrees with various courses. Students can also apply for a number of scholarships from the German government.
