We are pleased to announce an exceptional academic opportunity under the prestigious Erasmus+ KA171 programme. In collaboration with Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Spain, this call invites UNPAR academic staff to participate in an international Joint Research Program titled:
“The Gender Gap in the Labor Market: How to Design Policies to Tackle It”
Led by Prof Ferran Mañé Vernet, Ph.D., Department of Economics, URV
This highly competitive and limited-slot mobility scheme is designed for academic staff with a strong research orientation, demonstrated expertise, and a serious commitment to contribute meaningfully to the field of gender and labor market policy research.
Applicant Profile:
Ideal candidates are expected to have:
- A substantial background in economics, sociology, or public policy
- Prior research or publications on labor market dynamics, gender studies, or social policy
- A clear interest in EU-Indonesia academic cooperation and policy transfer
Application Requirements:
All applicants must submit the following documents in full:
- Statement of Purpose outlining your research alignment and expected contribution (max. 1000 words)
- Letter of Recommendation from Prof. Ferran Mañé Vernet, Ph.D.
Applicants are responsible for independently initiating academic contact with Prof. Mañé to obtain this endorsement.
- Valid Passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from date of departure)
