Join an Exclusive Research Collaboration in Spain

We are pleased to announce an exceptional academic opportunity under the prestigious Erasmus+ KA171 programme. In collaboration with Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV), Spain, this call invites UNPAR academic staff to participate in an international Joint Research Program titled:

“The Gender Gap in the Labor Market: How to Design Policies to Tackle It”
Led by Prof Ferran Mañé Vernet, Ph.D., Department of Economics, URV

This highly competitive and limited-slot mobility scheme is designed for academic staff with a strong research orientation, demonstrated expertise, and a serious commitment to contribute meaningfully to the field of gender and labor market policy research.

Applicant Profile:

Ideal candidates are expected to have:

  • A substantial background in economics, sociology, or public policy
  • Prior research or publications on labor market dynamics, gender studies, or social policy
  • A clear interest in EU-Indonesia academic cooperation and policy transfer

Application Requirements:

All applicants must submit the following documents in full:

  1. Statement of Purpose outlining your research alignment and expected contribution (max. 1000 words)
  2. Letter of Recommendation from Prof. Ferran Mañé Vernet, Ph.D.

 Applicants are responsible for independently initiating academic contact with Prof. Mañé to obtain this endorsement.

  1. Valid Passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from date of departure)

Incomplete applications will not be considered. The selection process will be rigorous and based on both academic merit and strategic fit with the ongoing research initiative.
