Universidad Nacional del Litoral belongs to and is part of the Educational National System of Argentina. Its principal location is in Santa Fe City and its priority development in the territorial site in the center-north of Santa Fe Province, projecting its operations to the whole province, the neighboring provinces, the country, Latin America, and the world. The University was created after the events that triggered the University Reform. It provides education to the whole community, combining democratic government and modern and agile management, constantly adapting itself to the subject demands. Since its creation in 1919, the University has maintained the reformist principles that formed it, spreading its work of education, research and scientific and cultural promotion from Santa Fe towards the entire coastal area of Argentina. The quality of its graduates, the significant progress in research, the permanent effects of science, technology and culture and its integration into the world have given the University a high societal recognition and secured its position as an educational and cultural model in the region and the country.
The proposal of the UNL Campus comprises more than 30 undergraduate majors, nearly 50 degree courses in different areas of knowledge, various proposals and specializations, masters and doctorates. In addition, under the distance mode, the University offers more than 60 proposals for university education, including technical programs, undergraduate cycles, undergraduate, vocational training and university extension courses.
